The Chair advised
that there had been one item of business notified for 25/00104/FP
Land to the Rear of Banyers Hotel, King James Way, Royston,
Hertfordshire, SG8 7BZ. The Chair provided reasons for its
notification and advised that it would be considered as urgent
under this item on the Agenda.

 

RESOLVED: That application 25/00104/FP be
GRANTED planning permission subject to the reasons and
conditions set out in the report of the Development and
Conservation Manager.
