RESOLVED: That Full Council noted the report.
REASONS FOR
DECISION:
(1)
The responsibility for ensuring the management of risks is that of
Cabinet, they are assisted by Finance, Audit and Risk Committee who
monitor the effective development and operation of Risk
Management.
(2)
The Risk Management Strategy and Financial Regulations determine
that Council should have overall oversight of Risk Management.
