RESOLVED: That Council authorised the amendments
to the adopted Officer/ Member Indemnity & Insurance Policy as
set out in Appendix 1 of the report.
 
REASON FOR DECISION: The Council should have an
up-to-date Policy in the event of legal action that arises when
Officers and Members carry out official Council duties. The last
update approved by Full Council was on the 24.09.2020.
