RESOLVED:

(1)  
That Cabinet noted the comments from FAR on the
Annual Risk Management update.
 

(2)  
That Cabinet noted the
comments from FAR on the review of the Risk Management
Framework. 
 

(3)  
That the risk associated with Climate Change should
be recognised when the Council Delivery Plan is updated in the
Autumn.
 

REFERRED TO COUNCIL:

(1)  
That Council consider the
Annual Risk Management update, including comments provided by
Finance, Audit and Risk Committee.
 

REASONS FOR DECISIONS:

(1)  
The responsibility for ensuring the management of
risks is that of Cabinet.
 

(2)  
This Committee has responsibility to monitor the
effective development and operation of Risk Management.
