About

The Cabinet is the executive decision-making body of North Lincolnshire Council, comprising the council leader and nine other councillors appointed by the leader. It provides political and community leadership, considering the council's major plans, strategies, and policies. The Cabinet recommends the budgetary framework to support these priorities and acts on recommendations from the council's scrutiny panels. Meetings are open to the public, and agendas and reports are published in advance, except for confidential information. Opposition councillors are encouraged to attend and ask questions.
