Customer Services Cabinet Member

The Customer Services Cabinet Member is responsible for a range of executive functions related to resident engagement, customer service, and organisational development within North Lincolnshire Council. This includes overseeing resident and public engagement, council-wide stakeholder consultations, and customer services, including handling complaints and representation. The Cabinet Member also has responsibility for arrangements concerning Coroner’s, Local Land Charges, and Registration Services, as well as organisational development, human resources, workforce development, and organisational health and safety. Additionally, this role encompasses the Armed Forces Covenant and championing veterans, and promoting tourism within North Lincolnshire.
