About

The Deputy Leader for Adults, Health, Families and Communities is responsible for executive decisions and policy-making in areas including adult social care, health and social care integration, and community development. This role involves championing vulnerable adults and carers, promoting a sustainable care market, and overseeing housing sufficiency for vulnerable adults. The Deputy Leader also acts as the lead for housing advice and homelessness prevention, chairs the North Lincolnshire ICB, and approves community grants. They deputise for the Leader and serve as vice-chair of the Cabinet, with specific powers to approve care provision statements and receive statutory complaints reports.
