The Deputy Leader for Roads, Waste and Flooding is responsible for a range of executive functions within North Lincolnshire Council. This includes deputising for the Leader and acting as vice-chair of the Cabinet.
Key areas of responsibility cover highway investment and local transport plans, waste management and recycling, environmental enhancements, public conveniences, and bereavement services. The Deputy Leader also oversees fleet management, town and parish council liaison, and drainage and flood risk management.
