Health and Wellbeing Board

The North Lincolnshire Health and Wellbeing Board is a statutory committee responsible for improving the health and wellbeing of local residents and reducing health inequalities. It brings together leaders from key agencies to plan and deliver services jointly for North Lincolnshire. The Board's statutory functions include preparing a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment and a Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy, promoting integrated working and joint commissioning, approving the Better Care Fund Plan, assessing pharmaceutical needs, and responding to NHS consultations. Its work is subject to scrutiny by the Council’s Health and Care Integration and Performance Scrutiny Panel.
