Licensing (Activities) Sub-Committee

The Licensing (Activities) Sub-Committee is responsible for considering and deciding on applications related to the Licensing Act 2003. This includes applications where objections have been raised and the Licensing Team's mediation has not resolved the issues. The sub-committee, composed of three members for each meeting, only convenes on scheduled dates when statutory timeframes require it to hear relevant applications.
