Transforming the Customer Journey Cabinet Member - 2025/26

The Transforming the Customer Journey Cabinet Member is responsible for executive decisions and policy-making related to resident and public engagement, customer services, and organisational development within North Lincolnshire Council. This includes overseeing stakeholder engagement, customer representation and complaints, and arrangements for services such as Coroner's and Local Land Charges. The remit also covers human resources, workforce development, organisational health and safety, support for veterans, and the promotion of tourism in North Lincolnshire.
