Decision

To approve the course of action to recover
outstanding monies owed to the council following the sale of land
at Windsor Way (also known as the east side of Kings Road) Barnetby
le Wold to Hammond Homes of Distinction Limited in accordance with
section 6.6 of the council’s approved scheme of delegations
to officers and appointment of proper officers.
