Reasons for the decision

1.1 To consider the objections received to the
proposed traffic regulation order (TRO) at the Church Street / Ford
Lane junction in Hibaldstow.

1.2 The key points in this report are as follows:
• Concerns were raised by Hibaldstow Parish Council and the
ward members about inconsiderate parking near the doctor’s
surgery on Church Street. Officers were asked to look at
implementing the proposed restrictions.
• Four written objections have been received to the proposed
scheme along with two other residents raising concerns /
observations about the detail.

Alternative options considered

To uphold the objection and not implement the
permanent TRO.
