To accept the surrender of the lease of Unit
1, Hargreaves Way, Scunthorpe, and grant a new lease in accordance
with section 8.11.1 of the council’s approved scheme of
delegations to officers and appointment of proper
officers.

To seek approval for a surrender of an
existing lease and grant of a new lease.
