Authorisation given to adopt the following residential access roads
as highway maintainable at public expense.

• The extent of Whimbrel Chase from its connection with the
adopted length of Lakeside Parkway, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Lapwing Way from its connection with the
adopted length of Whimbrel Chase, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Kingfisher Way from its connection with the
adopted length of Lapwing Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Grebe Mews from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Avocet Mews from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Linnet Garth from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Curlew Croft from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Garganey Walk from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.
• The extent of Wigeon Walk from its connection with the
adopted length of Kingfisher Way, Scunthorpe.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads,
footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the
1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance
with the approved construction details.
