To disagree with the need for, and
deliverability, of a SAMMS due to the concerns outlined in the
report. This would be documented in a SoCG, then discussed at the
examination hearing sessions. Under this option, officers would
still continue to work with Natural England (NE) in the background
to try and overcome the challenges in order to develop a suitable
SAMMS. This way, a SAMMS could be presented at a later stage should
the Planning Inspectors deem this necessary for the Plan to be
adopted.
