expense.

The extent of Hawthorne Close from its connection with the adopted
length of Ashtree Close, Belton.

The extent of Biddle Close from its connection with the adopted
length of Ashtree Close, Belton.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads,
footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the
1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance
with the approved construction details.
