with section 8.11.1 of the council’s approved scheme of
delegations to officers and appointment of proper officers.The
sites are

• Tennis Courts off York Road, Kirton in Lindsey.
• Officers Mess off York Road, Kirton in Lindsey
• Youth Centre 20 King Edward Street, Kirton in Lindsey.
• Library, 20 King Edward Street, Kirton in Lindsey.
