To extend the current contract by exception
for a 9-month period until 30-9-2024. This will allow for the
re-commissioning process to be completed including the service
re-design and to include further innovation in relation to EDI and
community provision.

Reasons for the decision

To ensure there is no gap in services for
carers whilst the re-commissioning process is undertaken.
