residential access roads as highway maintainable at public
expense.

The extent of Oak Tree Grove, Ulceby from its connection with the
adopted length of Church Lane, Ulceby.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads,
footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the
1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance
with the approved construction details.
