Decision

To approve the making and publication of the
North Lincolnshire Enhanced Bus Partnership Plan and Scheme 2023
– 2027 and associated proposals as agreed by the Enhanced
Partnership Board.

Reasons for the decision

The Enhanced Partnership Plan and Scheme has
been consulted on in accordance with the guidance and both the EP
Plan and Scheme and proposals have been approved by the Enhanced
Bus Partnership Board.

The approval of the EP Plan and Scheme will release funding for
further bus service improvements across North Lincolnshire in line
with the Bus Service Improvement Plan.

Alternative options considered

Not approving the EP Plan and Scheme –
this option would result in limited, or no bus service
improvements, being implemented. This option would negatively
impact on the council’s ability to receive funding related to
bus service improvements.
