subsequently appoint AHR Building Consultancy to undertake a
Topographical Survey via NLC's Construction and Highways Framework
would support the planning and design phases of construction and
help determine best placement of infrastructure.

Alternative options considered

To reject approval to procure and subsequently
appoint AHR Building Consultancy to undertake a Topographical
Survey via NLC's Construction and Highways Framework would not
enable the installation of green infrastructure and would not
contribute to North Lincolnshire Council's priorities as detailed
in North Lincolnshire's Council Plan 2022-2025.
