To agree to the proposed awarding of the UK
Shared Prosperity Sustainability Business Grants for the fiscal
year 2024/25.

Reasons for the decision

North Lincolnshire Council has been delegated
responsibility to administer and manage the UK Shared Prosperity
Fund on behalf of the Towns Fund Board. An Officer Decision Making
Panel has been established to consider the applications and the
recommendations require Officer sign off as part of the Councils
standing orders.

Alternative options considered

No other option to enable the receipt of the
funds.
