Decision

To award the contract to the preferred
provider for the delivery of the Local Electric Vehicle
Infrastructure (LEVI) project.

Reasons for the decision

After a competitive tender exercise, the
provider received the highest total score against the essential
criteria and therefore are now the Council's preferred
provider.

As part of the LEVI grant conditions, OZEV, DfT and the LEVI
Support Body have all assessed the pre and post tender contract
documents to ensure that the winning provider meets the criteria of
the grant.

All parties are now satisfied with the outcome and agree that the
preferred provider will implement the best EV charging solution for
North Lincolnshire.

To continue business as usual and not award
the contract.
