Decision

To amend the area of land proposed to be
disposed of Part of Phase 7, Normanby Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe,
and grant a licence for early occupation of the land in accordance
with section 6.6 of the council’s approved scheme of
delegations to officers and appointment of proper
officers.

Reasons for the decision

To approve and amendment to the area of land
previously approved to be sold, being part of Phase 7, Normanby
Enterprise Park, Scunthorpe.

Alternative options considered

Do not amend the extent of land to be sold,
retain the additional area of land and do not grant a licence to
occupy.
