Decision

To approve the sale of the former depot at
Plot 38, Northampton Road, Scunthorpe in accordance with section
6.6 of the council's approved scheme of delegations to officers and
appointment of proper officers.

Reasons for the decision

Sale of the land to the recommended bidder
provides the highest capital receipt to the council and removes the
council's liabilities for the property.

Alternative options considered

The other options considered were to sell the
property to another bidder or keep the property.
