Decision

To approve the grant of licence of rooms at
the Family Hubs at Brigg and Barton upon Humber in accordance with
section 6.6 of the council's approved scheme of delegations to
officers and appointment of proper officers.

Reasons for the decision

Granting the lease would result in the
delivery of a Sexual Health Outreach clinic by the NHS in
partnership with the council's Public Health team.

Alternative options considered

To not grant the licence which would result in
the Sexual Health Outreach service not being delivered from the
premises.
