The Director of Adults and Health is taking
the decision to award the Care at Home Framework based on the
outcome of the procurement evaluation as referred to in the
Decision to Award Report Sections 4, 5 and 10.

Alternative options considered

To not award the Framework as per the
procurement evaluation outcome.
