expense.

Park Avenue 105m – approximately from its connection with the
adopted length of Swinburne Road.

Hobart Avenue 95m – approximately from its connection with
the adopted length of Swinburne Road.

Linked footway 247m – approximately from its connection with
the adopted length between Dryden Road and Cowper Avenue.

Reasons for the decision

Support development and permit the Council to
adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage
once the development has been completed to the council’s
requirements.
