Decision

Authorisation was given to sign off the within
Highway Works associated with planning application PA/2021/894,
carried out under S278 of the Highways Act 1980 as completed to
required standard as highway maintainable at public expense, and
the council will accept responsibility for them.

Reasons for the decision

Support development and permit the Council to
adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage
once the development has been completed to the council’s
requirements.
