(Marketing Cloud) to the preferred bidder following a compliant
procurement process.

Reasons for the decision

To enable dynamic reaction to interactions
with bulk and function generated email and SMS to record and follow
up. Enables a delivery from a secure northlincs.gov.uk
subdomain.

Alternative options considered

To not award the contract. This would put the
council at risk of not being able to generate correct and trusted
messages to customers and businesses.
