Reasons for the decision

The Director of Adults and Health and the
Director of Children and Families is taking the decision to award
Lot 3a, 3b and 4 of the Care at Home Framework based on the outcome
of the procurement evaluation as referred to in the Decision to
Award Report Sections 4, 5 and 10.

Alternative options considered

To not award the Framework as per the
procurement evaluation outcome.
