To authorise award of a new De Minimis
contract on Service 350 until 31 March 2026.

Reasons for the decision

To enhance access the healthcare and shopping
facilities for the residents of North Lincolnshire. By improving
public transport options, we aim to encourage greater use of buses
over private vehicles reducing congestion, lowering emissions, and
supporting a more connected community.

Alternative options considered

To not award or amend the De Minimis
contract.
