Decision

Authorisation was given to adopt the following
residential access roads as highway maintainable at public expense:
Sidings Court, Scunthorpe for 313m from its connection with the
existing adopted highway, Station Road Scunthorpe.

Reasons for the decision

The decision would permit the council to adopt
the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under
S27/38 of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed
in accordance with the approved construction details.
