procedures and guidelines on how North Lincolnshire Council (NLC)
will reimburse transport operators for accommodating concessionary
passengers. Additionally, it includes the official scheme
arrangements that will govern the reimbursement process.

Alternative options considered

Not approving the final concessionary fare
scheme for publication - this would leave the council without a
method of reimbursing bus and rail operators for concessionary bus
passes.
