Authorisation given to adopt the following residential access roads as highway maintainable at public expense. The extent of Dartmouth Road from its connection with the adopted length of Dartmouth Road, Scunthorpe. The extent of Appledore Crescent from its connection with the adopted length of Dartmouth Road, Scunthorpe.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S278/38 of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance with the approved construction details.
