To approve the panels decision and allocate £63,359 to fourteen arts and heritage projects planned to take place during June 2026 to May 27.

Reasons for the decision

The Cultural Futures Community Grants Round 2 was launched on 20th February 2026 with a closing date of 20th March 2026. A total of 40 applications with an overall ask of £170,792 was received and after internal checks 36 applications went through to the panel.

Four panel meetings took place with members of the Cultural Assembly between the 20th and the 27th April, each meeting supported by the Cultural Futures Manager.

All panel members reviewed the applications and scored prior to meeting, and all scores were added and wider discussions around geography, discipline and diversity of audience were discussed during the meetings to ensure the grant funding was reaching the widest range of North Lincolnshire residents.

The panel finally approved fourteen applications with a total cost of £63,359. The full list of applications and the panel decision is included in Appendix 1.
