That the contract to provide a vehicle lease salary sacrifice scheme is awarded, through the NOE CPC framework: ‘CPC Drive - Vehicle Leasing and Salary Sacrifice Scheme’.

Reasons for the decision

This provides a compliant procurement route which enables the council to continue to engage a scheme provider which meets the council’s requirements.
