builder’s compound, Lakeside Parkway Open Space, Scunthorpe
in accordance with section 8.11.1 of the council’s approved
scheme of delegations to officers and appointment of proper
officers.

detailing the proposed licence.

Do not grant a Licence of part of the
site.
