To approve the sale of two areas of land at Jeffrey Lane Belton, in accordance with section 8.11.1 of the council’s approved scheme of delegations to officers and appointment of proper officers.

A report presented by the Head of Development detailing the proposed sale of land (see attached)

The sale of the ‘landlocked’ area only.

Not to sell both areas of land.
