Authorisation given to adopt the following residential access roads as highway maintainable at public expense. The extent of Franklin Way, Barrow Upon Humber from its connection with the adopted length of Palmer Lane, Barrow Upon Humber.

Reasons for the decision

Permit the Council to adopt the roads, footways, verges, swales, and highway drainage under S228 of the 1980 Highways Act, as all works have been completed in accordance with the approved construction details.
