Procurement of architectural services and associated construction works for the Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub.

Reasons for the decision

To seek approval to procure construction works for the Somewhere Safe to Stay Hub (Fire alarm, access control, intercom, CCTV, WIFI, roller shutter doors and a pedestrian ramp)

Drawings have been prepared and signed off with works to procured through the construction framework and associated sub-contractors.

Alternative options considered

Not to approve the procurement of the architectural services and associated construction works will prevent the somewhere safe to stay hub being able to open.
