of Contract between North Lincolnshire Council and East Yorkshire
Motor Services Limited for the provision of Demand Responsive
Transport.

Reasons for the decision

To enable the Demand Responsive Transport
service to continue whilst a review of the service is undertaken to
establish future service provision.

Alternative options considered

The option to not approve the Deed of
Variation was rejected.
