To approve the use of Towns Fund monies to
demolish Sandfield House (including outbuildings and bungalows) and
submit an outline planning application to enable residential
development of the site.

To approve separate marketing of 344 Ashby Road for residential
and/or commercial use.

A report presented to the Assistant Director -
Place (Deputy Director) detailing the proposal.

Alternative options considered

As detailed within the report:

· To use towns fund monies to demolish Sandfield and 344
Ashby
Road and market together.
· Not to demolish, but to separate the marketing.
· Not to demolish and the keep the sites linked for
marketing.
