Decision

To award 35 home to school taxi routes after a
tendering exercise in August 2023 for academic year 2023/24 (Phase
1).

Reasons for the decision

To award home to school Taxi contracts (phase
1) to operate from September 2023, to ensure school transport is in
place for the beginning of the school term.

Alternative options considered

Option 2 – that the tenders not be
awarded. This would mean that the students do not receive home to
school transport.
