Decision

To agree to go out on a framework and direct
award the replacement of all current P&D machines across 21 car
parks with new fully digital, ticket less options.

Reasons for the decision

The decision to direct award through the ESPO
framework (framework 509_23) using Lot 1, is based on the fact,
there is only one manufacturer in the market of the machines that
meet the specification.
