To approve the procurement of a new hardware,
peripherals, and mobile handsets contract.

Reasons for the decision

North Lincolnshire Council is seeking to
establish a Framework Contract for the provision of ICT Hardware,
Peripherals and Mobile Phone Handsets. A new contract will ensure
the council is getting best market price for hardware with an
agreed SLA covering appropriate order, service, and delivery
timescales.

Alternative options considered

To remain out of contract, this would leave
the council non-compliant with the Public Contract Regulations 2015
and no view to save money through the arrangement of a pre-agreed
costing structure.
