Approval to commence a further tender exercise
via Restricted process to procure a contractor to undertake the
restoration and repair works to St Johns Church/20-21 Visual Arts
Centre, which will be subject to Listed Building Consent.

Reasons for the decision

To support the delivery of the business case
for this project which forms part of the wider town fund programme
for Scunthorpe. To ensure the Council can demonstrate that the
Tender Price is reasonable, competitive and provide evidence of
value for money given.

To not approve proposals to
re-tender.
