Completion of a review into the approach of NLC around parking provision due to the current infrastructure due to become obsolete (physically and technologically) To approve the replacement of current P&D machines across 21 car parks with new fully digital, ticket less options To approve a pilot project to explore alternative parking options in the development of the Scunthorpe Multi Storey Car Park.
