To approve the contract award to Systra to
develop the Local Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (LEVI) business
case for the contract value of £23,950.

Reasons for the decision

To secure the support of consultants to
develop the business plan, the Council will ensure that it takes a
pragmatic approach to the decision on chargepoint locations. It
will support the Council to accelerate this work in line with the
recently approved EV Chargepoint Strategy & Plan 2023 –
2030, ensuring that the Council utilise the allocated LEVI
funding.
